The Hopwood School is licensed by the Department of Human Services and follows a High/Scope curriculum. The school operates from September through mid May providing quality education and care for children ages 2 to 5.

Programs

2 year old programs
Monday through Friday 2 – 5 day – A.M., full day or extended day schedules

3 year old programs
Monday through Friday 2 – 5 day – A.M., full day or extended day schedules

Pre-K programs
Monday through Friday 2 – 5 day – A.M., full day or extended day schedules

Summer Camp programs (ages 3 through 12)

Group Times

A.M. Groups: Meet 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
P.M. Groups: Meet 12:30 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
All Day Groups: Meet 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Extended Days

Meet 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. and extended hours anytime 6:30 – 9:00 A.M. and / or 3:00 – 5:30 P.M.

Registration fees

$100 one time – includes tote and tee shirt*
Registration fees are non-refundable

(*2 year olds do not receive tee shirts)

Important Notes

The Hopwood School is open from 6:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Holiday closings are listed on school calendar.
Childcare is available as long as it is arranged in advance. Childcare may be arranged for “Before & After” regular school hours (9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.).
A 30 day written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from the Hopwood School.
A letter will be sent to all parents at the beginning of August with details relating to the coming school year. Your teacher will schedule 2 school year visits / conferences (no visits for 2 year olds).
After you register your child, feel free to bring him / her as often as you wish to see the Hopwood School in action. It is important that your child see that other children are happy to be here.
