School Staff
Hopwood has a wonderful staff of dedicated, certified teaching professionals who have years of experience in early education. Our teachers are committed to providing our children with an enriching early education experience and teach our children the core values of the High Scope curriculum to prepare them for their educational journey.
Summer Staff
Our counselors, lifeguards and support staff are comprised of teachers and assistants from the Hopwood School, local public school teachers, college students (many of whom are majoring in areas of childhood development / education), senior high school students and other energetic and qualified individuals chosen for their specific and general skills. All counselors maintain enthusiasm, honesty, dependability, creativity and an ability to support and encourage children. All staff have First Aid training. At least one staff member trained in CPR is available on campus at all times.
